Christmas 2001
Christmas 2001 we spent in Oklahoma & Wichita - visiting
Todd's parents & grandparents Boring. First we went to John &
Jenny DeWitt's, then Terry & Lori Boring's, then Hugh & Esther
Boring's, and finally retraced our steps before driving back to Houston.
We got a lot in about a week!
Thanks for visiting! You can email us by clicking on our

Since I knew my mother-in-law loved When I Am An Old Woman, I Shall
Wear Purple, I decided to stitch that for her. Then I found a companion
piece called When I Am An Old Man, I Shall Wear Plaid Trousers.
So I had to do both! I stayed up 24 hours or more in order to get
the Old Man done so that I could mail them to Tennessee for framing.
We found purple bra & panties for Ms. Jenny and purple &
green plaid boxers for John. They had to open those first before
the pictures. Anyway, I think they liked everything!

This year I had Tracy's name. I knew she liked snowmen, so when
I found these two little special edition kits from Black Swan Designs
I knew I had to do them for her. The one in the blue frame is Mr.
Sandman and the one in the red frame is Ho Ho Ho Snowman. Elaine
did an incredible job with the framing!

I knew my in-laws loved Southwestern designs ~ since it's all over
their house! When I found this Silent Night from Daystar Designs,
I knew it was perfect for them. They hung it right up!
