Completed 1995

Since it's nearly impossible to find my name spelled out anywhere, I took matters into my own hands! I used the Kitty Alphabet from Dale Burdett. This is done on White Aida and Elaine framed it in a blue linen mat with a wood frame.

This was the first Lavender & Lace angel I ever did, called Earth Angel. It's done on one of my favorite colors & fabrics ~ 28 count Forget-Me-Not Blue Jobelan ~ and was completed in 1995. I used Sulky Gold Thread instead of the DMC ~ which turned out to be a wise decision! I fell in love with Marilyn's angels and have completed at least one almost every year since. They are presents for my Mom. I give them to her and she frames them! :)

I did this angel trivet, Elegant Angel Crafty Hot Plate, for my Mamaw back in 1995. It was a little M.C.G. Textiles kit done on White Aida.

My mother bought me this Stoney Creek kit because I had two kitties ~ one black (a mutt) & one white (a Persian) I didn't find out until later that this is a Stoney Creek pattern in one of the older leaflets. It is done on Antique White Aida with the floss that came in the Janlynn kit. Elaine framed it with a mottled black & white mats, with a black frame.

I'm pretty sure I started stitching this Plastic Canvas Kitty in 1995 and finished what I did on it then (all the fun stuff!) Mom finished out the back, put it together for me and weighted it with a brick from the new house (built in 1991)
