This was a little Bell ornament that I did for my mom on Pastel Yellow Aida. It was finished in 1985.

At the time I started Holly Hobbie, by ParagonNeedlecraft my room was decorated with her. It also had red/white/black shag carpeting, white bookshelves with red formica tops. So instead of the traditional blue Holly Hobbie, I chose to use the red alternate key instead. If you look at the middle, you can see the stitches going every which way. I abandoned it for awhile, and when I came back to finish it in 1985, I actually knew what I was doing! Elaine framed it in brown mats with a wood frame.

I did this School Days for Mom since I was home-schooled from 8th to 12th grade (and I *loved* it!) We found the mat that had been created for it and a wooden ruler frame that was just perfect for it! It was finished in 1985.
